My intention is to make a safe nurturing space for you to just be who you are and make that work for you with the opportunity to heal and clear what is in the way of you living the life you want to live, coming from choice.

 We will start the morning on the beach with yoga (no experienced necessary) run by a trained yoga teacher. Then home for a seminar followed by Breathwork (one of the most extraordinarily healing processes available to us) to access your unconscious mind, connect with your higher self and create lasting change on a deeper level.
